How long have you had your meer and how is it coloring? Let me see some pictures. I have had mine since February and I think it's coming along nicely.

Pictures really don't do it justice I'm a horrible photographer.

the one I smoke the most is coloring fairly nicely and at a good rate. I just read Russ's article on breaking in pipes where he mentioned to blow smoke through the pipe. I may give that a try.

I have had mine since February it was an estate I got from dimm but it had no color showing. After I started applying bees wax the color screamed right out. This is from about 2 weeks ago.

I suspect that I am not smoking the right tobaccos in my meer. Had it for 8 years, and only the stem has darkened.

This African block is black, so you cant see it coloring.

This one was an estate, so this coloring wasn't from me

This one is an estate, but is basically color free. I haven't had it long.
