I just ordered one of these and I plan to use it. I actually got two because of the buy 1 get one free sale. I can think of a few people to use this on, friends and professors mainly.
Oh boy, this could be really fun!

I was gifted one a while back. Have not found a deserving person to use it on yet. My friend/coworker used two on our receptionist and it was freaking hilarious! She kept calling IT and the property management trying to figure out what it was. She would go to lunch and my friend would move them just to keep things interesting. :D
