My pipe smoking history is so radically different from the OP's that I have a hard time relating and saying anything useful, but I will try anyway.
If you smoke one bowl a day, and have so many tobaccos open that you only smoke a specific blend once a month, you will never get to know any of them.
My humble advice is to jar all of those up, and take all save, say, three blends, put them away somewhere, and get to know the blends you have left. (One or two blends at a time would be even better.) Apply a little self-discipline, in other words.
The only way you get to know a tobacco is to smoke it fairly regularly. Since I started as a college student with a limited income long before the internet, I had one tobacco at a time. One pouch or tin. I smoked it all, and then I got another, of something different. I got to learn what I liked, and had my tastes evolve.
Enjoy.
