About the same as you. Below that it's not just enjoyable for me. I'm currently on my yearly "winter break". I'll pick up my pipes again next spring. At least it's something to look forward to...

About this time I smoke in the garage, so it’s quite cold but never windy. I put the meers away, and, just to be safe, most anything expensive with a mortise and tenon.
Army mounts and spigots don’t need an exact fit, so I don’t even notice expansion or contraction.
The cold certainly cuts down on the time I want to spend smoking though. Not as relaxing.

If the sun is out and it’s not windy, about 40 is my limit. Unfortunately, today it‘s mid forties and the wind is stiff at 20 mph.
Not below 60 but I mostly smoke inside, so around 70 most of the time.
I avoid it altogether and just go to the garage with my space heater.
25-30 F if not windy. If wind, about 35.
While the temperature here in NJ is about 37 f I don't care about the temp it's the windchill that bites.
I live on Oahu so cold is never an issue. When we visit my wife's family in Colorado, when liquid turns to solid I'm a pass on a bowl.
How about hot? The hottest I have smoked is 117 in the shade here in the Arizona summer. Granted, I had to jump in the pool to cool off before I could finish the bowl.
I think I smoked at 60 degrees the other night. I'll try 55 and work my way down. I think 50 is a non starter.
I know when it’s too cold when I say to myself “Fuck this!” and go inside.
If it's too chilly to wear flip-flops, I don't want any part of it. ?
unless I feel like there is a real chance the cold will kill me it's warm enough to have a smoke.
so -10 is just a few degrees too low.
I’m good to around 30F... any colder I move inside and crack a window or slider. The furnace might kick on a few times, but it’s worth it ?
That’s about the temperature at which is change from shorts to long pants or sweats.
As for pipe smoking, I think -15 to -20 F has been the coldest. It’s nicer when snowing, but not blowing.
I exclusively smoke outside in deference to & respect for SWMBO (who knows where I sleep).
Just below 50F with no or little wind is my limit. below that and moving from the FL porch to the FL garage.
I'm up in canada, so most of what y'all saying is not even considered cold in winter time haha. That being said I have migrated to the warmest part of canada(vancouver area) where it doesnt get below 0°(32f) very often. Right now it's 6°c(43f) which around the average temp this time of year and definitely not cold haha. I grew up in a much colder place(down to -30/40) but didn't smoke a pipe back then. I have visited family and smoked outside in -17(0f) or so. Not too bad, short bowls of black xx, but I much prefer where I live now and am jealous of you southerners sometimes and your definition of cold haha.
Smoking every night here in Cali - for the last month it's been 20-30f...that's when I break out the Wintertime Flake.
