A little while back someone mentioned a weekly "get together" of pipe smokers in the Houston area.... I can't find the post now. Anyway, I got to thinking about it. I get into Houston now and then and was wondering where and when they meet and if I know anyone in the group. Years ago I knew several serious pipe guys from that area and can't help but wonder if they're still around. Thanks,

That would be excellent! Just saw on the introductions board there is another forum member just joined from the Woodlands as well.

Bring a number of tin to share and smoke whatever anyone brings.

We have some old guys, young guys, a pro pipe carver and a couple of pipe podcaster in the group.

As a guy who works in a shop I hope you’re spending more than you’re sharing the in the shop. Nobody likes a freeloader.
