Seems most of the damage was centered in Kentucky.

It devastated the town of Mayfield and Murray isn’t too far away.

Scott Thile (SEThile Pipes & creator of Pipepedia) lives in Murray. I’ve reached out to him to see if he and his family are safe, but if someone else hears from him I would love to know if they are okay.

We just had a 14 hour blizzard that turned out to be just about 6-7 inches of snow vs. the 11 we expected and bright and sunny this morning and wind is way down. Looks beautiful and I'm on here with a cup of coffee watching the dog watch what's going on outside with a squirrel or two. Making the coffee last because I'm not in a mood to fire up the snowblower, lol, but has to be done pretty soon. So normal winter weather for us.

Thoughts and ???? to any affected by the horrible storms.

We're getting 60mph+ wind gusts all day today in Ohio, 15-20 ft waves on Lake Erie. It's currently over 60 degrees right now, but will drop to below freezing at noon. It's a wild day all over.

I guess there was a four state tornado, and another which destroyed Mayfield Kentucky. Another tornado hit an Amazon facility, collapsing it's roof and trapping a few hundred people. The reports are still coming in. From what I've seen, the Mayfield tornado is an EF5, the first one in over five years. Entire homes are gone, just a slab left.

What county are you in? I'm in Portage and it's just been breezy so far, but torrential rain.
I live on the far western edge of Medina County. Right where Lorain, Medina, and Ashland counties meet up.

The rain last night and this morning was horrible. The wind is so bad right now it's shaking our house.
