@rolldog I am not much of a connoisseur of tobaccos, I smoke alot of OTC brands and a few house blends from the closest thing I have to a B&M which is three hours away. I smoke more Carter Hall, Prince Albert and SWR than anything, but I love aromatics so I will probalby smoke McClelland's Best of Show in it. It is my favorite.
@Greg... Lol... yes sir you will get one. It just takes patience and alot of missed bids. I been trying for a nice one for a while but either didn't have the money when they came up or got outbid but last night it all just fell into place. Thank you sir.
@sablebrush52.. I hear you. I have several unsmoked KW from the 30's and 40's . Don't know for sure what I will do, I might as well smoke it as I am sure if I don't when I die my kids will just give it away .. won't matter to them if it unsmoked or smoked. I will wait till it is in my hand and then see what happens.

@ ssjones - he is the only person on eBay I trust to deliver the goods. I asked him some questions before bidding and was impressed with his history buying and selling pipes. He is a great guy that looks after his customers. Nice bloke to talk to also. Thinking of spending a couple of hundred of him every 4-5 weeks to build up my collection. So far with those pipes and the meerschaum I purchased from MeerQueen I only have about 8-9 decent pipes so I got a bit to go yet. Looking at a collection of about 50 pipes worth having with about 5-10 in my smoking stash so all up I guess 60 pipes would make me happy. A decent variety of age, brands and styles.

I love the look of the stem on the Armellini, might have that in my smoking stash. I have ordered some rubber stem protection caps to prevent chatter and tooth marks.

I just won a couple of auctions on eBay cause I was the only bidder both auctions were about $20 USD

Lot of 2 Whitehall Red Dots one a bulldog and another a straight pot. (Both extremely clean - possibly unsmoked)
Also for $10 I got a Estate Long Champ Leather OE
Not sure what the OE means .. But the $10 pipe looks nice and will need a reaming which will be tough as the cake is mainly built up on 3/4 of the bowl

Beautiful and Unsmoked. Thats a nice lookin pipe. Now smoke it. NO SHELF QUEENS pipes were made to be smoked! Just my opinion
