A rare occurrence and a rare pipe. How often does it happen that you lose an auction by a buck, and then get lucky enough for the buyer to putz out and the seller to offer it to you? I've probably made 250 eBay purchases of various items over the years and it happened to me once. ssjones, it was meant to be for you to own this rare pipe. It's a beauty to boot. Congrats!

I'm a MM965 smoker, so that is what she gets, a large bowl indeed!
I have one other Guibileo d'Oro, a 904KS (no Straight Grain stamp on this one). I really like the GDO stems.
