Wow ? Awesome car, and it’s great that you maintained the original appearance. Nice job ?1970 911. One owner car. We did not do the interior or spray the paint. We did prep it. View attachment 109631View attachment 109632View attachment 109634

Thanks. That was taken during a studio session I worked last year. The photographer had me teach her husband how to smoke a pipe. She said he smokes his pipe just about every weekend.Thank you! Love your avatar ??
Thanks! Yes, it’s a solid piece. Wood and steel are not often used nowadays, particularly in what was considered as a toy.Damn, that sled is gorgeous, before and after. My wife and I were admiring a similar but new sled in a catalog today, realizing that we don't get enough snow to get any use out of it and probably have aged out of sledding anyway, though her grandma is in snapshots sledding with small kids in her eighties! Not that I don't admire that snappy car. But the sled irradiates soul. They really made them back then. Solid as a ship and ready for the first heavy snow.
Nice! I’m sure your grandsons will enjoy it ?@STP Your holiday inspired me to dig our sled from the rafters in the garage. We bought this sled many years ago used and I use to pull all three kids around in the backyard.

I don't think I'll restore it quite yet. I have two grandsons that are 2 and 7 that can get some use out of it.
