I am relatively new to pipe smoking and have discovered that my favorite pipe tobaccos are those that have the highest nicotine content and Dark Fired Kentucky.

Here are some that I have enjoyed the most:
-HH Mac Baren Rustica
-HH Mac Baren Old Dark Fired
-G&H Dark Plug / Dark Flake
-G&H Brown Irish X

Those first two are out of production, and the second two are often out of stock.

What are some other pipe tobaccos in this "family" that are similar?

Also it's not super full of nicotine but in a similar vein you might like GL Pease Cumberland, a Virginia Kentucky mixture with a peppering of Perique. It scratches the same itch Old Dark Fired used to, to me at least.

C&D burly flake #1. Anything high in perique like 30%+ like exclusive mentioned will be there too. Irish flake. You're looking for heavy stout blends to scratch that itch and gawith is always hard to get

Esoterica Tobacciana Stonehaven. A flavored VaBur flake but the most potent nicotine content in a pipe tobacco I have ever tried, beyond such things like Gawith's twists.

Lots of good suggestions here.
I will just say that I have a very high nicotene tolerance. I dip all day.
I had never felt any effects from pipe tobacco until I recently tried MacBaren ODF. About halfway through a huge bowl, I had to set it down. :)

Another voice here to say as Sig did that I rarely if ever experience a nic-hit from pipe tobacco, and I smoke “strong” blends all the time. At first I felt the woobliness with Royal Yacht, GH Brown Twist, and HH Rustica, but those days are long gone. Daily smoking of strong blends (and regular nasal snuff) will do that to ya.

I was going to suggest HH Rustica. But it already made your bucket list of discontinued. Maybe mix it with something to make it go further?

G&H brown Irish twist is good and claims high nic but I don’t get the high nic hit from it.
Peterson early morning pipe seemed high to me if it was your first smoke in the morning.
