On the right, is the #66, made of Briar, not pearwood. I have been trying to get one of these for quite some time now, but they were out of stock quite a bit. I contacted Mr. Brog via PM, and he set me up with this wonderfull little pipe. It has a cooler(stinger), which I removed immediately. Loaded it up with Old Dublin and leaned back in my chair with a cup of coffee. It is a terrific smoke! Clenchers, you will love this pipe. It seems to smoke by itself with no draw trouble at all. No gurgle or wetness and takes a cleaner all the way to the bowl. It reminds me of a Stanwell Feather weight, but for much less than half the price. Delivery was outstanding, only 3 days to Nova Scotia Canada. Mr. Brog also included a pipe stand, and 2 pipe tools with it, and it comes with the red pipe sock and this attractive box. I now have 5 Mr. Brog pipes and am pleased with all of them.
The one on the left, I won on e-bay. It is a pearwood and #2. I am not sure of the actual name, but is along the same line as the Scoot. It too smokes terrific and uses a 9mm filter, or it can be removed if you so choose.

Thats what matters right there. Nice buys fisher. Great customer service and a pipe tool, Nice! I like the looks of the #2. Old Dublin I think is my favorite English blend.

Nice pipes nsfisher - thanks for sharing your experience too. Great to hear such positive things about Mr. Brog pipes. Now if they will only make my classic billiard, they'll have a customer! :puffpipe:

for the price, Mr Brog can't be beat...I'm afraid that the bowls will be too small, as I like big bowl pipes. I don't remember him putting measurments on his site?

I would like to get one of these Mr. Brog pipes but I have seen some reviews and evidently they break quite easily. Can someone tell me whether or not this is true? Thanks.

I think with all this great stuff I'm hearing that when my PAD fund is replenished I'm going to have to own one of these! I love that briar, Fischer! And that military with the wind cap has been "calling" to me for days now....

flipflopsandshades, I don't see why they would break any more easily than any other pipe. I have the military with windcap and smoke it fairly regularly. nsfisher, I really like the look of that little pipe. The one thing I never could get past on the regular Scoot was the weird angles. I like that one a lot!
