Hello friend BigEd, Yes, I am from the southern eastern part, an agrarian province called Almeria. Although the northern part of Spain is perhaps the most similar to the Spain of yesteryear. Bilbao in the 80's was more authentic than now. A success to have visited you, that beautiful city, and its spectacular gastronomy. Sevilla, one of the few cities in the south, which is also very beautiful, where beautiful Spanish customs are maintained.
