Mau, do you frequently visit any of the local smoke shops? I'm guessing they are expensive. I was in Pembroke the other weekend and they had a kiosk smoke shop in the mall with a few pipes and pipe tobacco. They wanted $35 + tax per tin, which from my understanding isn't even that bad in this country, lol. Crazy I tell you
