Help With P&C

Hey guys.

I haven't panic-bought any tobacco in two or three weeks, and I was feeling anxious about the depth of my WhiteKnight stash. I ordered eight tins from P&C using their free shipping, and a box arrived reasonably quickly after I placed my order. The tins were well-protected in bubble wrap, and my order was delivered in an appropriately sized box.

Did they hire somebody? Who do I talk to about this? Thanks in advance.

Regrettably, they've moved on from DEI.

I had a clinic appointment last week which I thought was after 1pm sometime. Luckily, I checked the slip they gave me - 3.30pm. Saved me all that waiting. Got there and was berated for missing my 1.30 slot.

P&C is hit or miss with some people. I've always received great packaging.

I would call customer service immediately and let them know that something is very wrong with your order. Not one of those tins is dented!

A few years ago I decided to give P&C a try. I made a small 2 tin purchase that came to $28.
At checkout, the grand total was........$54.
Because I live in NYS, and they are in NYS, the NYS tax applies upon purchase. I obviously canceled the purchase immediately.

On a side note, I send all appropriate taxes to NYS with every online purchase when I recieve the product.
Seriously, please NYS, I am but a humble serf, don't come a 'knockin.

95% sure P&C is the reason why I get so many spam emails…..

As many complaints as I've seen about P&C service, they have always fixed any problems for me immediately. The worst service experience I've had related to pipes was with Smokingpipes. Specifically, they refused to provide a prepaid return shipping label for a Rossi with an extraordinarily crooked airway, like "how did this make it through quality control?" level of crookedness. The service rep insisted that they did not consider it to be a defect. I ended up having to post it back myself, which I found absurd.

Not sure about any NY operations they may have, but my most recent order from them (within the last month or two) said it came from PA on the shipping label.

The annoying thing is that it keeps automatically rechecking the box if you leave the shopping cart page and come back to it. Have to make sure it's unchecked right before checking out and paying. I like P&C for the most part, especially their coupon discounts, but their gimmicks are mildly annoying. Plus, they need to ramp up their product selection.
