Looks like a K on its back to me. So my pure guess is 1910.

Ding ding ding! I think we have a winner! Hawkeye indeed.

It was definitely a thing that the orientation of hallmark stamps occasionally varied.

Yep, I see it now. It’s an important tip to rotate the stamp for proper orientation. I learned something today. Thanks once again for the help.
