If it were a critical part in a jet aircraft engine, I'd call in factory quality control and raise hell. But I think the previous posts have it correct. This is not a problem. Welcome to Forums.

Yes. Im breaking in slowly with an english blend. Earthy and grassy, i love it. It smoke realy cool and dry
