that's a nice thing about being fringe. You're less likely to get noticed and also it looks worse when a bigger company goes after a smaller company on these things. The Tolkien estate for example gets a lot of flack and pisses off a lot of the fans because they're rabid about protecting their I.P.s.
Or in other words not really worth going after and a waste of money too.
