Help Dating a Comoy's Tradition

Let's say that I've grasped the basics of dating Comoy's, but here I am running into some contradictions and unknowns..
London Made stamp points me to one era, while the font of the Comoy's to another... Also no hallmarks on the silver...

While on the subject does antworte recognize these two stamps - the pipe is a crazy looking freehand

In the first pipe, if the Comoys is written without an apostrophe it is very likely a late 30s to early 40s pipe. If there is a metal reinforcing ring embedded into the wood of the shank around the mortise this dating becomes a certainty.

I have no insight into the second pipe.

Interesting. I never knew that dating advice was a Comoy’s tradition.

Seems both very public spirited and not a little nosy.

I've not seen a silver hallmark band like that one. (they were usually a bit more elaborate)
