I’m an intermittent smoker. Been off and on for 15 years and even when I’m smoking a lot it’s only 3-5 pipefuls a week. I love the art of it from the sculptured engineering of pipes to the artisanal artistry of the tobacco…it’s a great hobby!
one of the first pipefuls I ever enjoyed was Esoterica Penzance and I’ve been interested in Latakia - English ever since! However I love a goopy ,sweet aromati. I’m currently captivated by The Country Squire Shepards Pie… it’s my current go to….

Welcome from Florida. I moved from R.I in 2003. I still had my businesses up until 2017 when I sold my last one. I was so glad to get out of that miserable state. It is a beautiful place to visit but the business climate is just plain viscous.

Welcome aboard from central North Carolina. I'm supposed to be the sixth or seventh generation descendent of Roger Williams -- no, not the contemporary pianist, the colonial religious dissident who was kicked out of Massachusetts and who founded Rhode Island.

He was an unusual character. It was said, at one time, the only other person with whom he'd share religious observances was his wife. He despised most religious denominations. Still, he was enough of a charming character to go back to England to get covenants for land from the King of England to found the new colony. He had notable empathy for Native Americans. So he was a complicated customer.

This familial connection has availed me nothing in life except a good yarn, which is fair enough.

And how about that smallest state having two Senators! Talk about the power of the vote, at least in R.I.
