Rotterdam is our little NY near the river Nieuwe Maas, the skyline is wonderful.
Turned a little rough though. Always has been I guess.

The closest I'm likely to get in the foreseeable future is Pella, IA, which a friend who lives there tells me is sort of an outpost of the Netherlands in the USA. I'm fascinated to see.
