Welcome brother! I am new to the pipe in any serious way on and of aromatics for a few years last year I bought a good pipe and discovered Virginia's and Vapors. I have yet to try an English years ago in college I bought some Dunhill early morning pipe I still have the empty tin but I can not remember it. I need to try English again.

In the semi-rural NorthEastern USA
I've been a pipe smoker since 2017. I've become a big fan of English blends, particularly Presbyterian (my all day smoke), Boswell's Northwoods, SG Perfection and Squadron Leader, and SPC Plum Pudding Bourbon Barrel Aged (haven't yet had the original). I failed to stock up on FM Cellar before it was gone, but that was one of my favorites (I have a little bit left in a tin, but I've been hesitant to smoke it). Another thing I find that I really like is a crossover blend. Some favorites are Sutliff Eastfarthing and MM Independence.

I really wish there was a B&M near me, but the closest one is 2.5 hours away. So, I'm here for the community. Looking forward to getting to know folks.
I like Presbyterian but personally I found Ashton Consumate Gentleman to be similar but more enjoyable to me.

What Reformed Piper wouldn't make Presbyterian his all day smoke?

(I was first given Presbyterian Mixture by my Anglican bishop, actually. Now that's ecumenism for you!)

Although I've started gravitating towards VAs somewhat, I'm extremely partial to crossovers as well.
Next time you put in an order for Northwoods, add some of JM's newish "Military Force." There are no reviews for it on TR yet, but it's an outstanding crossover. Whereas Northwoods has that incense/vanilla thing going on, Military Force has a subtle berry/chocolate thing going on. The funny thing is that if I had known that, I never would have tried it -- that sounds unappealing to me, and I thought it was just an English -- but I sure am glad that I tried it. An unexpected love.

Welcome to the forums, from NE Wisconsin!
