Yes and no. All the liquor stores are still state run. Drinks are easy to get. The “Zion curtain” still exists. Beer is now normal strength. It does benefit us in one way though, they have a max they can mark liquor up so if you find a bottle of Pappy it’s only like $85.
On the other hand we have a 85% tobacco tax for pipe tobacco and you can’t order online. A tin of Escudo is almost $40.
