Welcome aboard from central North Carolina. My mother's parents grew up in rural Illinois in the little town of Sandwich, well west of Chicago, not a suburb. Then they moved to the big city, and my grandfather studied and practiced law in the downtown for his entire career.

I know sandwich! It's about four hours north from here. My Dad had some friends that lived up there and they were good people.
