Been smoking pipes as long as I can remember, picked it up from the same uncle that thought me to cut throat shave. He gifted me my first pipe and his favorite backy red velvet for Christmas after I graduated basic training. I also started messing with pipe making and stem making as well being an accomplished structures mechanic in the aviation field. I love all the designs and briar pipes but truly love the great American cob pipes. I always go with Missouri Meerschaum and modify the chamber stain stems etc to my liking. Hope to exchange ideas and learn the different blends and maybe open up to trying new ones!!!
