Welcome aboard from central North Carolina. My wife lived in Greenwich Village for decades, later with a house out on Long Island as well, before she joined me here in the south, "...for love and butter beans," as she says. I'm originally from the Chicago area but have been in N.C. since 1972.

I grew up 2;5 miles from Fenway Park. Yes I hate the Yankees. I don't hold it against you for being a Yankees fan. 2004 Sox down 3-0 and we came back. We finally got over you.
