Hello,
Anchored in NC but spend more time on the road driving. I am about a year into enjoying pipes and I know I have an extreme amount to learn. Mostly stick to corn cob pipes due to career hazards. Much cheaper to replace a MM cob than even an over the counter Grabow. Love aro's and am trying to work my way through what works for me and what does not. I tend to have to settle for Capt. Black original most of the time as it's the only thing I can find at these steam shops (Annoyingly calling themselves tobacco shops).
Definitely looking forward to learning from here tips, tricks, modifications to cobs, good aro blends to try etc. Hopefully maybe find some real tobacconists in central and eastern NC that I can go to . One I know of but parking is all but non existent so I have yet to even come closer than a drive by to visiting the shop. Shame really. I'd love to stop and support.
Would love to hear from other truck drivers as well on tips on enjoying a pipe while out on the road!

just bite the bullet and order stuff online. Though certainly keep your ears and eyes open for a decent tobacco shop anywhere on your travels. Oh and since I am a person that enjoys stuff and regularly uses things, thanks for getting those things to place where us people can get them.

Thank you for the recognition, also Thank you for spending your hard earned money for those things. I currently do order things online out of convenience of time and availability but being in tobacco country and raised here I want to support the farms and Brick and mortar that keep the tradition alive.
