Ah, Monterey. Welcome and kudos for living in the best spot in America. I spent 19 months there in the military and it was the best place I have ever lived.

Nah, it's not so bad. I smoke on the streets and beaches of Carmel, and certainly on the golf courses. The latter is not prohibited, and the former not so much.
