Anyway, back to welcoming @MesabiBear - lemme know if you want to come to pipe club! Same to you @dd57chevy. Not sure what part of IA you're in, but we meet 20 min south of the Twin Cities
We meet at Pefect Ash in Inver Grove Heights, 3rd Tuesday, 5:30-9.
What part of North Metro you in? I grew up in Shoreview, currently work in Anoka
Have some in-laws in WI too, the northwest part. Used to have a graphic of MN that said "Wisconsin 2" but now I can't find it

I used to work in Shoreview, walked Rice Creek trails during lunch south of co rd J. I’m just across the river in Champlin. Theres 3 tobacco shops, here, decent humidors, lots of vape stuff.
But for pipe tobacco, Shoreview - Johnathon Robert Fielding is the place to go. Sadly, Nightcap is $48.
Tobacco Grove in Maple Grove has a small selection of pipe tobacco tins, a better humidor and a smoking lounge. Nightcap is over $40 here too. I don’t understand this.

I live in St Paul, office in Anoka, and do home visits throughout Anoka County and sometimes other counties. So I'm driving around all day
Man we used to bike, fish, canoe, and even jump in Rice Creek when I was young
I don't fully understand store prices. Shops will say it's taxes, and I'm sure part of it is. There are layers of taxes
Bottom line, Interstate online tobacco sales will not last forever. A lot of our friends in other countries pay horrendous prices. Some states can't order online at all. WI has some tax hikes coming (thread on that here somewhere)...
Why are all meetings on the third Tuesday of the month? I’m with the Edina Model Yacht Club, our meetings are at same time, same Tuesdays. Might have to skip one and visit the smoke lounge.
