My wife lived in Greenwich Village and on Long Island, for a long time both places, for decades, and we spent a lot of time up there together before she moved down here to marry me, for love and butter beans, she says. We go back many years to college, and to NYC when I was in the Navy and she worked in the NYC area.

My wife and I lived in Greenwich on 7 and Leroy for a year. It’s true the neighborhood IS your apartment there.
