When I go up there, I make of point of visiting the Tennessee Hills Distillery in Jonesborough. I like what they make.

Yes. That young man makes some good bourbon. I have several bottles in the bunker. I recently had the one he called 51 which was 102 proof. His regular Callahan's is good but I had to wonder what it would taste like at a higher proof. It's excellent. He told me that it was a one off so we want be seeing that one again. Too bad.
