Welcome from Ohio! I love that part of Tennessee, I'd drive there when I lived in Greenville SC and I can't remember the name of the place but there was this great barbecue joint somewhere about halfway between the smokies and Knoxville proper that I loved to stop at, lovely country. Welcome to your newest obsession hahaha
