I have been smoking pipes for about two years and cigars before that. I enjoy most types of tobacco except for aromatics. For some reason they give me a really odd taste.
My wife and I have been in Boise for about thirteen years and love it except for the winters. I guess you can’t have everything.

Hey from central North Carolina. I was a radioman on a minesweeper during one of our ancient wars, and the lead radioman was a guy from Idaho (I hope I remember correctly, and it wasn't Oregon).

He started out as a lumberjack, but after he did a tour in the Navy, that seemed like too rugged a life, so he re-enlisted in his radioman status, which i can attest is not an especially easy life.

He was a Morse Code speed key operator, a high level of Morse Code. We never had to use that, but it was good to have someone who knew the skill.

Welcome Jeff. Winter here in Wisco sucks! I have perfect roads to ride and great scenery for motorcycling, but unfortunately it is only tolerable for 4-5 months and good for 3. I figure I have 8 months to sit, smoke, and dream of riding each year.
