Welcome from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Before last September, I had never smoked anything in my life; I hate everything about cigarettes. But I developed an interest in cigars, and ordered a sampler when I was laid off, figuring that I’d give them a try. I didn’t know what I was missing. At last count I somehow have around 300.
I did enjoy the smell of pipe tobacco when my dad and uncles smoked them in the 70s, so I figured I’d give those a try too, thinking they would be easier than fussy cigars: stuff in a bunch of tobacco and light. What a fool. But the reward was enough to keep trying. One thing led to another, and you know how it goes with PAD and TAD and CAD: too much tobacco, too little time!
