Another long time lurker first time poster!
I’ve come to pipes via cigars but am slowly picking it up and enjoying learning.
I live in the Lake District, about 5 miles from Ennerdale, and have chuckled at some of the comments/views on the region!
Hope everyone is well and surviving in these grim times!

As a one-time Lake District tourist, it is one of my favorite places in the world, those late twilights in the summer, the rain and green, the sheep, and the music hall shows, and the literary history. Some of the happiest days of my life. Welcome aboard from central North Carolina, U.S.
