A new pipe smoker from Ohio here recently turned 21 and diving headfirst into pipesmoking! I started smoking pipes in the EU about 3 months ago when I would travel as I was legal age and now being legal age I can finally smoke pipes in the States! My favorite blend would have to be Esoterica Dunbar but I haven't tried a whole lot so! I guess it is always subject to change

no legal smoking age in U.S.. It's just illegal to supply underage people with tobacco through sales or gifts. Taking drugs is not illegal in the U.S. just possession and transportation. So yeah you can't but not specifically.
