Sounds pretty dang good from tin description;
As the first addition to the H&H Marquee series in 2012, we are thrilled to offer a real Latakia-lover's blend which we created in honor of International Pipe Smoking Day 2012. The initial response was so strong, that we worked hard to obtain the components to make more. Loaded with Cyprian Latakia and enhanced with Perique, Orientals, Virginia and Dark-Fired Kentucky, this is a full-flavored, cool-smoking treat!

I love this stuff!!! I have a pound cellared and a tin open. You can taste the perique spiciness with each draw. It's fantastic!! I have found that while the spiciness remains, it smooths out after a month or so of age in the tin.
I think this stuff will age nicely!
You have my mouth watering as I type this!! Heading out for an afternoon bowl of it now!!!

Smoking some this morning. I enjoy it. We had some to try for IPSD and I bought a few tins labeled IPSD, but understood it would be back as Cerebus.

The cob realy blends the flavors nicely. The lat come pounding through with the earthy robust flavors of the other tobaccos following in lead of the room note and tin note creating sweet notes of enjoyment. Especially when its a dragon cob.

Sounds great! I'll have to add this to my TAD list.
Also, as a note of interest:
Cerberus in Greek and Roman mythology, is a multi-headed hound (usually three-headed) which guards the gates of the Underworld, to prevent those who have crossed the river Styx from ever escaping. Cerberus was the offspring of Echidna, a hybrid half-woman and half-serpent, and Typhon, a fire-breathing giant whom even the Olympian gods feared. Its brother is Orthrus, always depicted as a two-headed hellhound.

(Sounds like you might want to be careful how much of this you smoke...and when and where)

In a more recent thread I read this WILL ghost a pipe. Thoughts? Is there some thick casing the description leaves out? I have some and want to try it....a little unsure now though.

Hmmm... I can't imagine why? Just smoked a bowl of this about an hour ago. (Before I read this post). I don't recall any taste/aroma components that struck me as potentially "harmful".
Ok, just got up and checked out the pipe I smoked it in. Doesn't smell different than any other pipe after smoking an English blend. I'll be sure pay more attention to the next few bowls.

Good stuff! It truly seems to change character as I descend through the bowl, from smoky, almost BBQ at first to the spicy perique, then down to a cool, smooth smoke near the bottom. Cerberus is unique in my experience.

A few weeks ago at my local pipe-smokers group, The New Albuquerque Pipe Club (for lack of a better name so far -- we're working on it), I tried this fantastic new blend. We were fortunate enough to have received enough sample packets to go around to everyone who showed up, which turned out to be more than usual. But to the point, I was very pleased with the rich, smooth, mellow flavor and the slight Latakia sweetness. I definitely intend to buy some soon. My club, by the way, meets Mondays from 5-7pm at the Stag Tobacconists.

P&G was kind enough to send a sample with my last order from them.
I liked it, and it didn't seem to ghost the Kaywoodie, but I haven't tried anything else in the pipe yet, so I can't say for certain if it has.
I thought it was awesome, and I'm not much of a Latakia fan.

I got a sample of this one on my last order and fell in love with it on the first puff. Amazing stuff, very dynamic but not overbearing at all. Burns beautifully too.
Will definitely be adding a tin or two of this on my next order from P&C.
