maybe but they love abusing copyright laws with brute force threats. What pisses me extra off about it is they could be nice about it and still have it work.
We actually have no idea what happened, per se. It could very well be that this was all the result of being nice.
It is a weird word to have copyrighted. Magnum Opus refers to the greatest piece of art in an artist's lifetime. Everyone should be free to say that this or that product is their Magnum Opus.
This probably should have been argued in court.
It does seem like overkill, can you imagine even the very dimmest of cigar smokers attempting to mistakingly light a tin of tobacco? They should not even get past the end clipping stage.
