It’s gone from my location as well.Asked at Walmart just now, "where's the Tobacco products" and the guy says," we don't sell that anymore"!!
for a long time it's been determined by store and how much of whatever gets sold. Locally they sell some cigs, a few dips and that's it. Used to have a lot more.Asked at Walmart just now, "where's the Tobacco products" and the guy says," we don't sell that anymore"!!
Company or politician it doesn't matter, they don't care about you ever, they care about the money and/or power they can get from you, nothing more. Yet people still keep falling for the bs and drinking the Kool-Aid.for a long time it's been determined by store and how much of whatever gets sold. Locally they sell some cigs, a few dips and that's it. Used to have a lot more.
This always reminds me of this supermarket I worked at that stopped selling tobacco (which they dramatically overcharged for) they had two memos about their choice. The public one was all we're about your health and well being and you can still get tobacco somewhere, the employee memo was like do you know how much money we're wasting on a product people don't buy from us, we could put stuff that sells in the same place and make money.
That sticks with me and think about it when companies say why they stopped making a product.

Asked at Walmart just now, "where's the Tobacco products" and the guy says," we don't sell that anymore"!!
Exactly. I don't know if my local Walmart still sells tobacco because I rarely go and don't pay attention to that, but they only ever sold cigarettes, dip, and cigarillos. I know sell or sold OTC pipe tobacco and pipes like Grabows and MMs but my area doesn't have enough pipe smokers for that. Fred Meyer (the regional Kroger chain) does sell Smoker's Pride which I have no interest in getting before the Tobaccopacalypse.I don't recall seeing tobacco products at Walmart worth smoking. And it's certainly their decision on what they wish to place on the shelves.
That's a brilliant decision, gotta sell what the people wanna buyAt my WalMart theyreplaced all of the tobacco with meth. Better suits their clientele. They really do care.
I think it’s more than just mercantile expedience. It’s pure compassion. After all, corporations are people too. That's a brilliant decision, gotta sell what the people wanna buy
Still safer to han a Tesla dealership, and they sell ice cream, too.
I'm in the Rust Belt......Walmart is all we have. No Chik fil A, no Popeyes, no nothing! After Kmart closed in 2019, Walmart has made a killing. What are all you guys doing at Walmart anyway?
Assuming you aren’t all buying tires, pork butts or a really cheap TV (the only reasons I’ve gone there in the past 10 years)
*Edit- I also bought a fishing license there once
That makes sense… when it’s all you got it’s all you got. I didn’t mean to sound elitist, I just don’t like Walmart or what it has done to places like where you live.I'm in the Rust Belt......Walmart is all we have. No Chik fil A, no Popeyes, no nothing! Oh, Target opened last year. But that's just a more expensive Walmart.
