Yeah, #400 is a good one. Now that I’ve tried their #403 though, I’d say it has way more of that going on than the #400, at least to my taste.
How can anything be better than 400?

Because this one goes to 403. That’s 3 more than 400. ?How can anything be better than 400?

Nah, it’s got some DFK that really amps up those molasses notes. It still has those honey and graham cracker notes of the #400, but with a lot more depth.
I’m pretty sure, yeah. ?Oh ok, so it was inspired by Spinal Tap.

Sounds good but I'm not the biggest fan of DFK. I enjoy some blends with it occasionally but I find it distracting sometimes.Because this one goes to 403. That’s 3 more than 400. ?

If that’s the case, I bet you would probably enjoy this one. It’s not as strong as it is in a lot of other blends, and has hardly any nic or smokiness, just a dark caramelized sugar/molasses taste.Sounds good but I'm not the biggest fan of DFK. I'm with you, I smoke my Granger undried.I prefer its moisture level fresh and I jar it immediately. I have dried it and found no benefit, not even to it’s burn characteristic. It’s a ready-to-smoke OTC.
Mine, however, seems to be a minority opinion on this forum— as many here swear that drying Granger somehow transforms it. I don’t find that to be true for me and it’s my all time favorite blend.
Experiment for yourself and enjoy.
