All of us are from Hungary. Born and raised here :)
Please put your location in your Profile, as people are forgetful.
Why:
That will save questions in the future as to where you live when you later mention local stores, weather, tobacco prices, availability, regulations, location of photos, wildfires, air quality, etc. In many instances that saves time for those who read your posts. It cuts down on posts or PMs asking where you are.
How:
Under your avatar, (top right, left most of three symbols) you choose "Account Details", which brings up "My Account". "My Location" is halfway down. Whatever you're comfortable with- town, city, county, state. province, etc.

Unfortunately I had some doubt and fear about it, after I read several article. Glad that it is clarified for me now.

I definetly going to think about repairing in this week. I have some time for it, 70 mph windy weather is not so pipe friendly anyway, if I'm correct :)
Thank you everyone for this thread !! I too noticed what I thought was the beginning of a burn out in my 35+ yr old Savinelli 2614KS. I came to the forum and searched repairing burn outs and found this thread. I reamed enough of the cake to determine that it was not a burn out but that some of the cake had fallen away. I reamed enough to even it out but not down to wood. I noticed the same in my newer Savinelli that I bought in February 2022. I have been using these pipes for fast smoke breaks and most likely smoking them too hot. I will change my habits. But Thank you for the info here !!! Greatly appreciated.
I am so glad it was an 84.78% probability of cake !! ;):ROFLMAO: You guys are the best !!!
P.S. Yes, I know this thread is three months old but I only discovered and corrected the problem today !

Like the others, I am seeing a build up of cake. But I see some other clues as well. If there is that much build up of cake after only 3 or 4 bowls then I woud look at finding a better tobacco. A lot of resin and oils are being left on the walls of the bowl. Normally, holes like what you have are caused by shaving hard thick cake out if the bowl. It has a tendancy to break off in chunks. I am also seeing some charing on the rim. That tells me that you are smoking the pipe really hot. Sip your pipe, don't huff it.

Get the cake out as others suggest and adjust you smoking technique. Find a cleaner tobacco as well.
