Hats off to Boswells!

I have always heard such good things on this forum about the customer service from Boswells but you are always surprised when you get it first hand. They are nothing short of professional and courteous. I called about a modified Hatfield pipe and was told several were being made and they took my info and called me when one was available, as well as emailing me a picture of several to choose from. I received the pipe 2 days later... Is that even heard of anymore? Also picked up an ounce of Boswells best, Penn dutch, and a complimentary ounce of Pipers pleasure. They also threw in a free bundle of pipe cleaners and Czech tool.
