Has Orlik Dark Strong Kentucky Been Discontinued?

Sorry to not add a helpful reply but I sure hope not but have heard murmurings of such things...I also am having a harder time finding OGS 100g tins. It's a fantastic tobacco that I wish I had more of either way.

OGS is definitely getting hard to get, its my everyday so I hope more comes out soon

Been buying it fir $5-6 a tin on cigar bid so cigars international has it along with many others. Finished a tin yesterday. I am going to buy a handful for now and aging a year or so.

We began the conversation with our friends at Orlik more than a year ago, and after some extended discussion we were able to get them to agree to bring it back, this time in 50 gram tins. We've placed a large order, but it will be arriving in batches so don't be concerned if we're out from time to time.

Maybe. It may be great news if P&C actually ships your order. Not so great news if you place an order and discover later their archaic Point of Sale system took your order even though the inventory was completed depleted. And you then have to call and wait extended periods of time to fight for your refund.

I'm am here from the future! Orlik DSK is infact discontinued...according to unicorn pipe on YouTube. ? sorry. And I haven't even tried it. Maybe I should keep it that way instead of missing it.

I think this is old copy. It left the market for awhile and came back in 50g tins around 2015 or so. I believe this is from that timeframe.

DSK is available at numerous retailers. LJP is the cheapest at 9.95. I just checked and it is indeed in stock. WCC..Mars they have it also.

The only reason I think it might be new is because PC also sent it in an email blast 3 weeks ago: Pipes and Cigars - Tobacco of the Week - http://x.e.cigar.com/ats/msg.aspx?sg1=b97ca5eb9efaccbd8501ccb993479d27. Of course, PC could have been 5 years late too.

Still not available at SP our TP. In fact, not even listed. Someone posted that P&C made a big enough but to keep it going with them. Doesn't matter to me at this point. I found it at other shops and upped my cellar to 45 tins.

I added a tin to an order a couple months ago and have not opened it yet. I've got enough opened tins at the moment, but may need to try it, just in case it's something I want to grab while the gettin' is good.

You should. It's very good, rich, sweet and as it ages, some nice spice. It ages very well.

Cracked the tin and packed a bowl. 10 tins inbound. Sigh. Hoping this one isn't discontinued.

I found six tins from 2018 at a B&M last week. I bought them all. Along with some Granger for $24 a tub. It was a good day.
