Pretty cheap stuff,vi see 4noggins sells 16oz bags of them for less than $20, the red and blue are both burley and Virginia, any clue on the more specific differences and if these are any good? I would assume they're in the genre of OTC's.

They make 2 different kinds. The stuff in the big bags isn't the same animal as the stuff in the pouch.. but they both may be good. The big bag is geared more toward the roll your own crowd.

I've smoked a couple different Backwoods pouches, they are typical Sutliff OTC/aro blends. The original really does smell like the cigars, but more sweet, it is pretty moist though. The "buttered rum" is the same as Sutliff Buttered Rum.

I would be curious to try the big RYO style sack because, AFAIK, Backwoods stuff is Sutliff/Mac Baren produced. Might be OK.

I'm tempted to try the regular pipe tobacco if it resembles their cigars. In my younger days I actually would enjoy their "cheroot" style rough made cigars with the sweetened tip. Left a horrible aftertaste but it had a very rich and caramel like burn quality.
