Fwiw, I buy a fair amount of stuff there. The only motorized thing was a bench buffer that I bought a few months ago, which works great. Their diamond grit jeweler's files are nice and only cost $8. Their little sanding drum set is a steal at $8.
The only things I've hated so far are their Dremel accessories, which do not hold up well after minimum use.
Anything “rotary tool“ is junk there, except for their Foredom knockoff. It’s nowhere near Foredom quality, but it’s actually handier than a Dremel if you’re ok with a pendant style machine.
Other stuff I’ve used that was ok:
Most hand tools.
Their 4” x 36” belt sanders are ok if you are only going to use it on wood.
Their smaller vibratory tumbler is what I clean my brass with for hand loading. Works fine.
Their 4” and 4 1/2” angle grinders are underpowered, but otherwise work well.
Their Bauer plug in portaband is pretty good.
Their 110V wire welder. Not great, not even good, but for the $85 I paid for it, it has paid for itself many times over.
Things that suck:
Rotary bits and Dremel style rotary tools
Their cast iron anvil is laughable.
Their circular saw.
Anything that could take your life or limbs if it fails. Seriously, don’t risk it. I’ll never buy jacks or jack stands from there, or recovery shackles/rigging gear.
