In case you've missed it, today is St. Patrick's Day. Post up your Peterson's, green or not.

Happy St. Patricks Day all! :)

The manager of my seniors bldg delivered a corned beef sandwich to me a few minutes ago, had a cart full of them.

Some of us have been doubtful about the new management and they seem to be working extra hard lately to get on the residents good side.

My first thought about the sandwich was "How nice!". My second thought was, that it was a great unobtrusive way to check for sick people. I have a feeling that the circumspection wont last.

I think my Peterson Around the World Series pipe, the bulldog dedicated to Ireland, with Erin Go Bragh (Irish whisky aro) will be my choice today. Happy 77th Brad, and many happy returns. Happy St. Pats to all. Scotch-Irish Grandma is part of my lineage; we were close when I was growing up. No Irish whisky on hand, so maybe a wee dram of bourbon in some coffee and a vivid imagination or some magic from the little people will make it Irish.

Happy St. Patrick's day to all! Unfortunately for us, Anchorage has closed all bars and restaurants due to the virus so our usual trip to town to celebrate will not be happening! A downright shame on this holiday, but downright necessary I suppose. If I manage to get the time I'll be smoking my MM emerald cob today rather than one of the Pete's, but will likely load it up with some Peterson Irish Flake.

Corned Moose and Cabbage on the Menu, with potatoes of course with a tall can of Murphy's and a dram or three of Greenore, Tyrconnell Madeira aged, and likely some Connemara 12.

Just in case corned beef and cabbage didn't sound horrible enough!
j/k
have a good day dude.. this shit is wild.

Haha, I like corned beef and cabbage! I hated the cabbage part when I was a kid (always thought it smelled a bit like piss) but I love it now. Corned moose is even better though (and better for you!), as with most moose v. beef recipes. And a good day to you as well!

Slainte!
