Will be leaving the garage in a bit and the rest of the day (until Iowa plays at 8 pm) will be devoted to George and the Beatles on vinyl! Here comes the sun!

George was treated like the kid brother but kind of came into his own after the Fab Four broke up. He brought Indian music into the mix and had great chops on the guitar. In a way, he seemed the least off-balance of the quartet, finding his own way and making his own discoveries. He seemed the most independent. He wasn't as abrasive as John nor as ambitious as Paul, but maybe not as at ease in life as Ringo. Paul and Ringo keep on in music. I don't think they hurt for funds.

Well known Beatle, of course, but his complete body of work was incredible… including writing Here Comes The Sun and Something, solo work, and The Traveling Wilburys…
