Kevin, I think you should pat yourself on the back, at least for my part. As I said before, this site you've created has helped steer me through the murky mess and learn the ropes (pun intended) of the briar (or cob or meerschaum if that's your fancy).
Last night, while I was happily puffing (in celebration) in the warm (at least for this time of year) air, I thought about how great it is to stop scurrying around like an ant and just enjoy the moment with a good blend and a old-friend pipe in my hand.

Funny you should say that, Ryan... I just got my tax refund today and have been plotting how to spend a small portion of it. (OK... OK, not a SMALL portion, but a small enough portion that my wife won't raise hell!) I'm hoping to really bolster my cellar so that I can begin aging some of my more favorite blends. Now all I need is for Samuel Gawith blends to come back in stock (particularly Fire Dance Flake, Full Virginia Flake, and Mayor's Chocolate Flake) and maybe get my hands on an 8 oz. bag of Penzance. It's not the end-all-be-all of blends for me, but I think an 8 oz. bag will keep my cellar set for a fair number of years since I tend to smoke it only occasionally as a change of pace. I'm looking at getting enough to get it shipped for free.
No. I don't have a problem. I don't have a disease or disorder. Really.
