Ok, I lied. One more hand cut P-Lip. The 106 that @ashdigger sent me had a replacement stem. It was cut fairly wel but it was about .5” too long. I have a few pipes at the price level where I feel sure the stems are hand--cut, and one Ropp that is stamped on the stem, "hand-cut stem." All are extra nice on mouth feel. Just right, very comfortable.
