To get serious for a moment - one little thing I wanted to say, I take my little girls trick or treating, but the one thing that isn't cool is when parents or teens scare little kids (usually unwittingly) by handing out treats in a gruesome costume - if you see kids around 5 or 6, please take off the mask! Parents will appreciate it and so will the little kids.

I too love Halloween. I always do it up with the fog machine, spooky sounds and spooky music from skinny puppy, the cramps, 45 grave, misfits, samhain...etc... great night to sit on the porch smoking a pipe and chuckling at the little ones.

Joking, in Greece we don't celebrate Halloween's, but we have a similar 'carnival'... I have to wait till near Easter time for that.
