That turned out to be creepier than scary. I don't enjoy a lot of horror flicks but that one was worth watching. You get a story rather than just a bunch of gore like you do in too many films.

That turned out to be creepier than scary. I don't enjoy a lot of horror flicks but that one was worth watching. You get a story rather than just a bunch of gore like you do in too many films.
Some movies I enjoyed (with limited comments):
Late Phases - Loved the storyline on this one.
Dark Was The Night - Good suspense.
The Company of Wolves - A gothic setting for Little Red Riding Hood. I'm not normally a fan of gratuitous gore but this one is an exception (so is John Carpenter's version of "The Thing").
Pan's Labyrinth - Not really a horror flick but I'm a big fan of Del Toro and this is a great story.
When Animals Dream - I haven't watched this yet but I hope to this weekend. Really looking forward to it.
